More about me
I started my career in the mid eighties. With my multicultural family, I have lived in 4 European countries, changed industries and sectors several times and worked mainly in customer-facing roles.

I have been through corporate restructuring, mergers and all the major financial crises.
All the while trying to balance family and work.
​
At one point I was made redundant. This led me to rediscover my key personal assets. The act of rebuilding my confidence enabled me to land my dream job with a financial services start-up, where I built an international sales business from scratch.
In sales, I started as a one-man band and ended my career managing a large sales team.
I enjoyed a fast-paced corporate career in finance for 37 years. I saw how incredibly resourceful people can be. As a manager, I learned how to motivate people and enable them to achieve their full potential.
This was my first step into mentoring and coaching.

It was natural to use all my experience to become a coach and a mentor.
Given my background and expertise, it is only natural that clients seek me out to discuss their career aspirations and navigate the obstacles they may encounter along the way.
It is equally natural that my clients choose me to discuss their career and professional challenges.

I have trained and qualified in transformative coaching with Animas center for coaching.
The executive and life coaching course is accredited by the three leading professional coaching associations, the ICF, the Association for Coaching, and the EMCC.
​
I am accredited at Practitioner level by European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
