About Coaching & Mentoring

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process that aims to empower individuals to unlock their true potential and achieve their goals.

It involves creating a safe and confidential space where effective and future-focused conversations can take place.

In this relationship, you, as the client, are considered the expert on the content, responsible for making decisions, while the coach is an expert in professionally guiding the coaching process.

The primary goal of coaching is to facilitate the discovery of your true potential by unleashing the power of your thinking process.

Through thought-provoking conversations, a coach helps you gain clarity, explore different perspectives, and identify any limiting beliefs or obstacles that may be holding you back.  By doing so, coaching can create a transformative experience that leads to positive change and personal growth.

Coaching is not about providing advice or solutions, but rather about empowering you to find your own answers and take ownership of your actions. It encourages self-reflection, self-awareness, and accountability, enabling you to tap into your inner resources and develop the skills and mindset necessary to achieve your desired outcomes.

By engaging in coaching, you can unlock a future full of surprises, as you discover new possibilities, set meaningful goals, and take inspired action towards creating the life you truly desire.

The coach acts as a facilitator, supporting you throughout your journey, providing guidance, encouragement, and feedback to help you stay on track and make progress towards your goals.

And why I am
also a Mentor?

Because sometimes you might want me to use my life and career experience to help you make decisions.

You might want me to share my professional knowledge of the sales process, how to manage and motivate people, and you might find support in discussing your plans with someone who has seen it all ;-)
