Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy in case you have an Agreement in place: Cancellation or changes of date within 24 hours from the session will be considered a “no-show”. Both parties agree that for each “no-show”, an equivalent amount to 25 CHF will be donated to the charity by the person in this agreement causing it (indifferent if the Coach or the Thinker).
